If you message me with inquiries about where your package is, I will simply look at the tracking number that is available to both you as the customer, and myself as the artist. I do not have a secret relationship with the postal service that gives me special information as to why you have not received your package or its exact location. If you waited until the last minute or right before a holiday to buy something that is time-sensitive, I cannot relay that sense of urgency to the postal service as they are indifferent. Just like everyone else on the planet, I only have 24 hours in a day and I cannot waste that time on frivolous searches for a package that I can in no way alter the course of, instead of working on other orders.
